2006 BMW M5, featuring a 507HP V10 engine. The exterior is silver with blue hughes (Silverstone) with grey interior (Silverstone w/Perforated Full Merino Leather Seat Upholstery). Other then this the interior is good condition. The exterior has few noticeable imperfections, a vertical scratch on the lower half of the drivers door. The passenger corner of the rear bumper has spider web paint cracks where someone bumped into the car in a parking lot, total circumference around 4". The trunk lid has a small dent (no crease) where someone hit the car with something. Must sell ASAP. Please text me with any questions. Serious inquiries only please, NO TIRE KICKERS. The VIN reports branded title. This was due to the car being sold new in California but it was not build as a California emissions vehicle. The car could not meet CA emissions requirements so BMW had to purchase the vehicle back from the original owner and resell it in another state. There is no previous or existing defect related to the VIN branded title. When the vehicle was registered in NY, New York state marked the title as Lemon instead of branded due to NY regulations being different then regulations in the previous states the car was registered in. I’m ready to move onto something a bit different, and this is why my low km M5 is up for sale.Maintenance is upto date. I had an alignment done in June of this year, a new set of Michelin PS4s tires installed in July, oil and filter change in August, and replaced all spark plugs at that time as well (bmw recommends to replace spark plugs at 60.000km)The car has 59,800 km and looks great for its age. Interior is in excellent condition (no rips or tears), all buttons are intact and working. This car has nearly every option including the perforated leather package which gets you heated and cooled seats, adaptive seat bolsters, and all leather interior (dash included).Mechanically it’s in excellent shape, and needs nothing. If I were to keep the car I would fix the curb rash on the wheels, and have the rear bumper touched up (small paint imperfection).Vehicle History:I am the 3rd owner. The two before me each kept the car for roughly 6 years each. There are no accidents on its CarFax, and I have verified that no panels on the car have been repainted with a paint depth gauge.I look forward to reasonable offers
